Raisin & Choc Chip Muffin

I intend to bake simple muffin for my good staff in the office... bagus kan sya.. ehehhehehehe.. it was my first ever muffin... turned out ok...

Ingre Yield: 15 pcs regular size

2 cups - plain flour

3/4 cup caster sugar (but mine reduced to 1/2 cup)

pinch of salt

1 cup milk

1/2 cup melter butter

2 lightly beaten eggs

1/2 teaspoon essence of vanilla

4 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 cup chocolate chip

1/2 cup raisin

Pre heat oven 200 deg celcius... :)

Melt the butter dulu... then kasi sejuk sikit... :)

Dry-Mix the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder & choc chip together.. keep aside..

Wet-in a separate bowl... mix the milk, essence of vanila, beaten eggs & melted butter... then combine the wet & dry.. stir well... bila suda sebati then add the raisin... susun dalam bakin tray yg ada acuan utk muffin... my is 6 pcs punya... taruh itu kertas muffin... pour the mixture in the paper... full la... bukan half tau! Then bake in oven for 13 minutes...

It looked so pucat.. mcm tidak sedap.. but it smells soooo good... :)

Ini lah rupa di dalam itu muffin.. semua terkumpul di dalam.. wakakakka dunno why... but it still taste good...

This this the next morning... masi sedap.. walaupun suda sejuk... :)

Stand Mixer

The are many options for electrical food mixer.. ada yg mahal.. ada yg murah.. ada yg sederhana... of for my case kan.. I thought the electrical/home appliance 'Capital Lighting' di Inanam itu yg paling murah punya kadai... so I went there to get me this stand mixer... jenama USJ.. made in Malaysia. Paling murah lai tu yg ada dalam itu kadai... teda lagi pula colour lain tu.. cuma ada green colour saja.. mau temau.. saya ambil saja.. because dia tulis sana 'for sale RM90 harga biasa RM98'.

ni kunun wire dia buli kasi panjang dan kasi pendek mcm vacuum cleaner punya wire ekekekeke..

5 speed level.. ada turbo speed lagi :)

3L capacity... quite big... :)

Then again kan... last night time mau pigi cari bahan2 utk buat muffin kan,, the fiance & I jalan di Giant Kolombong.. kami TERjumpa another stand mixer... harga dia Rm49.99 sahaja... jenama Nuodi. colour light orange... maybe kalau sia nampak yg ini duluan I will defintely ambil yg murah.. but apakandaya... terlambat satu hari... tapi this Nuodi is a bit smaller.. mayber 2L saja capacity dia... dan wire dia tidak boleh panjang dan pendek.. itu sahaja perbezaan dia... ok... kalau kamu mau tau saya menyesal atau tidak, jawapan saya tidak, because mau menyesal pun teda guna... wakakakakkakakaa

Din Din at Bella Italia

Semalam the fiance & I pigi dinner di Bella Italia...could be our first and the last lai tu... bukan juga bilang pasal itdak sedap itu makanan dia.. tapi terlampau mahal... I have long to dine there just becuase of it's beautiful ristorante name 'Bella Italia'... I know it is expensive and classy not suitable for me... but... whatta... once in a blue moon ok bah.... I ordered linguine with turkey ham in carbonara sauce.. all the pasta meal ada 50% offer kalau u go around 5pm - 7pm... so mine is 50% off la.. and it is RM13 :) the taste? Kurang sikit la.. I dare to say I can cook better...

The fiance pula order sweet & sour fish with rice... itu teda offer... at RM25 per meal... gila kan... I order fresh mango juice for my drink at RM9.50 and the fiance minum 1 can of coke at RM4.90 hehehhe

I was not sad when paying the bill.. but when looking at the bill... I was charged RM1 for a glass of warm water that I didnt order.. whatta heck.. RM1.. the fiance said 'biar la..." damn it... I still have to pay RM8++ tax for this expensive dinner... anyway... everything is digested already... tia paya cakap lagi la...

This place is beautiful.. very... but it'll be my first & last... sorry la..
