My tara'at Herbal Garden

SHALLOT - high demand ini .. this plant belong to my SisIL...

Basically ini datangnya dari bawang yg kana beli di kadai then lama teda kana pakai tiba2 berdaun trus kana tanam.. inilah hasilnya...

STEVIA - Natural sugar yg ini pula my bro9 bawa pulang.. I tulung siram only.. . they say harvest the leave (2-leaf) to replace 1 spoonful of processed sugar.. ini saya belum try la... nanti kalau subur suda.. I will try to drink it with Kopi Tenom

Cilipadi (herbs la mangkali ni..) this is 3 weeks after kana taruh baja compost.. sebelum itu... this fella daun pun tinggal 2-3 saja... kuning2 sudah lagi tu.. actually this Cilipadi Sabah my bro10 bikin experiment.. that baja organic cacing tanah really works...

ALOE VERA - Miracle Healer.. ini saya tidak tau pula samada dia ni jenis yg boleh dimakan atau utk kegunaan luaran sahaja..

(barely seen) THYME ini kan mula2 time dia masi lagi 'biji' byk bah tumbuh ni... after 3 weeks baru saya kasi pindah dalam pasu.. itu pun nyawa-nyawa ikan saja... dia punya seeds susah dapat ni di Sabah... tinggal ini saja thyme yg saya ada.. hopefully dia akan hidup subur dan beranak pinak... this thyme is suitable for any kinds of potato dish, fish, meats... salad & blah blah.. also contain medicinal properties... dunno what...

(barely seen) MARJORAM if u know what oregano is use for.. then u definitely love marjoram.. this is fake oregano.. oregano is widely use in pizza.. pasta sauce also good for marinating gilled food... yam... ini pun time seeding dia subur... but last2 tinggal ini saja... but I can cleary see every morning this marjoram mau tumbuh new pucuk... I'm sure this will live..

(My fav.) SWEET BASIL - ini pula subur... time seeding sama2 marjoram, thyme.. dia yg paling byk tumbuh... dengan suburnya... this basil alone ada like 10 pots.. yg lain2 saya sudah harvest.. tapi nda sihat.. the leaf should be deep dreen,.. but this one is light green with dots... I hope after separating them. they'll get all the nutrient they need... sunshine.. water & compost fertilizer.

Although they look dying.. they already have beautiful smell of fresh herbs...

So that's about it in my garden... actually ada chives lagi... but although from the seeding pan.. I transfer them into pot juga walaupun ada 2 - 3 strands saja.. I pronounce them dead... they have no intention to live at all...

well... not really a garden when they are all potted.. that's why I call it tara'at... these herbs are struggling to live just to be eaten by me... I must keep them alive...
