Germination

Last Sunday kami germinate itu seeds (tomato, dill & sage) tapi hanya tomato sahaja yg menunjukkan kesungguhan untuk tumbuh... dill & sage bulum ada tunas... I wonder di mana kesilapan kami... maybe itu seeds tidak sesuai sama cuaca di Inanam.. or maybe wrong timing saya germinate time hujan selalu... oh well.. kami masi lagi baru dalam ini bidang... Meanwhile, the thyme, chives & marjoram ada sikit improvement... I am so happy about it.

Last night I harvested my sweet basil for the second time... the fiance cakap over and over... "Bau dia mcm sirih mamma saya yg dalam salapa dia..." oh ya last night saya bikin my very own bruschetta topped with tomato & basil... dried oregano leaves, olive oil, salt & pepper... nah! sini lah saya start pakai itu pepper mill grinder saya yg saya TERjumpa di CKS itu... we had it with Campbell canned mushroom soup...the bruschetta it turned out ok... but not as good as the one I had at Sailor's.

The fiance is begging for paella tonight... bah.. I'll post the recipe here after that... see if I can find all the ingredients at Servay Putatan later.... if it's not tonight then tomorrow la I cook for him.. taaapun!

I am looking for seeds... thyme (again-itu hari di Servay Ppang tapi skrg teda suda), rosemary & lavender... di mana ada jual tu ar? Sepa tau please let me know... :)
