10) NOT IN PIC some olive oil, crush garlic, black pepper & salt
11) Vegetable or chicken or seafood stock.. BUT I only use warm water (tidak sempat prepare stock

Firstly... heat the non-stick frying pan on medium heat.. add some olive oil..

Coat the chicken breast with flavoured flour* (mine is home made)

Pan fry the chicken breast til golden brown

Remove from pan... keep aside... on the same pan.. same remaining olive oil... saute the crush garlic, bell pepper and chopped tomato.... stir stir stir.... :)

Add the canned mushroom.. dont forget to slice it first... and keep stirring... and all the spices.. paprika, tumeric, black pepper and salt.... stir lagi... sampai wangi..

Then baru add the rice.... stir lagi.... sampai all the rice dapat semua itu ingredient...

Add stock.. or water... little by little... sampai agak2 cukup utk itu rice masak la... low heat.. slow simmer... lid on... 5 minutes

Place the pea sprout... lid on.... 2 minutes at this stage kalau paella kering... tapi beras masi mentah.. add stock... stir a little..

When rice is 90% cooked... add prawn and the chicken breast tadi.. u may garnish it with some fresh herbs like coriander, chive or even tomato... lid on... 2 more minutes...then turn off the heat... lid on another 2 more minutes before serving...

1 & 1/2 put too much for us two hungry people... but it may not be enough to three hungry adults..
This recipe is cool for people who'd like different food...
