Whatta Weekend

After Sunday School.. kami singgah sana Merdeka Supermarket to buy some goodies... sampai rumah at about 11.45am... since w're still full with early morning breakfast at Sea Park Bornion... I prepared some light lunch for the fiance & I... French Bread topped with ham & cheese for the fiance... and mine topped with Mexican Salsa.... yum! Tidak lah just one each for us... the fiance ate about six pieces.. and I ate about the same amount only a little more... ahh.. who's counting anyway....

The creamy cheddar cheese... 2 minutes... 200degC in oven :)

Pork ham in between the French bread and cheddar cheese.. dont forget to sprinkle some Parmigiano regiano (Parmesan cheese) before you put them in oven... :)

And here's my tastebud of the day.... mexican salsa... tomato, cilantro, a little onion.. salt & pepper... yum!

By the way, some icy cold Ribena drink isnt bad to go with these... sesudah a few series on TV... at about 3 pm we hungry again... some kuihmuih is perfect for hi-tea... so I prepare some pandan flavour pancake... that pandan flavour is readymix... can be bought from any supermarket... just add veg oil, eggs & water.... easy and quick...

Some butter to be melted on top.. if you like it sweeter... a blueberry jam is good... :)
